Placed an order through deliveroo and picked the option of if anything is not available to cancel the whole order. Sainsbury's still accepted the order and fully charged me for everything, eventhough there were items missing.

This 5 star review is for Brannigans that once stood here. Great memories. Now I visit to buy cheese with fond memories of dancing to Reach for the stars til 2am

Got accused of stealing something (i didn't) just because of how I look. The security said "they were just doing their job when I wanted to talk to the manager about it. The staff are slow. Honestly if you aren't white i would avoid.

NEVER EVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN !
First they have rats in their pastry, now dead bugs in the salad bowl!!! They hike up prices but give zero care quality assurance. Absolutely vile !

What can I really describe..

It's a corner local shop which gives absolutely no real friendly welcome for visitors to the area. The meal deal produce was nice and affordable but the staff seemed to lack what they are paid for.. Customer service and a welcoming approach.

The area has virtually NO where to stop to quickly get a bite to eat..

Won't be returning again.

This used to be a great little local shop. Now it feels like I’m an unwelcome visitor getting in the way of a frantic Amazon warehouse. There’s an endless stream of Deliveroo etc. drivers pushing to the front and staff rushing around getting beeped at by loud picking devices. As a regular shopper it feels like you’re treated like a second class citizen. I now regularly have to wait around for ages to be served, especially if I’m trying to buy alcohol, which I always am!

Store Security harassed female customer this morning at this store. Complaint was made to the store manager and the manager was apologetic but the security refused to apologise. This case has been brought to the Sainsbury's HQ's attention, so that this would not happen to other female customers.

Don’t shop from here!!! I placed an order on Deliveroo and paid a lot for only 5 items . 2 of which were the reason I used Deliveroo only for them to tell me they were out of stock ! Other places on Deliveroo tell you before to avoid disappoint . Now I have to order the same thing from somewhere else and pay another delivery charge and spend extra just to get the delivery!

Never again !
