Asda Crawley Superstore

What a great ASDA superstore ! The car park is absolutely massive with good parking options and the car parks/shop are easily accessible, you can stay up to 1.5hrs free and if you wish to stay longer just pay £1 for 30 mins more or £2 for 1 hour more so in total you can stay for 3 hours but the 3 hours stay is free and waived if you spend over £10 in the store ! The staff are always helpful and as a result of this, the customer service is of high quality, and I feel very happy going there. Cool shop, nice experience. The other bonus is they have a mac Donald’s inside the store so if your hungry you can eat there. The toilets where also surprisingly clean for such a large and busy store ! Excellent

There is a massive problem with the parking machine here and of one shops at evening time late the security man that is there now is very rude if one requests the freebie voucher for the over ten pounds spend that allows it ...the previous gentleman who has nit been here for about a year now was never like this and it gives the store a very bad feeling as one politely request s one voucher He rude and tries to shop one up and should not be there in my opinion if he has this way of attitude It leaves a nasty taste in ones mouth so to speak..... terribly seriously rude ... avoid asking him and just pay for the parking forget ones dues for the spent money as I do or it will give him an even more inflated ego Horrible situation. Management take note.

Awesome shop, lots of offers and lots of stuff. Te staff is polite and friendly, going there every week for shopping and never disappointed 👍

I just wanted to commend one of your colleagues for his impressive work ethic. I had just popped in to get some shopping and on going to my car I noticed a young man diligently collecting up trolleys that had been left in parking bays. As he was dressed in civilian clothes I said, I hope they pay you to do that. He said he had just finished his shift and was heading home. I think this young moustached man ‘Tom’ should get recognition for going above and beyond. Well done Tom

Overall experience is ok in Asda, but I feel sorry to say the pizza section, there's never enough ready made pizza. Also I found couple of ladies working behind preparation section not very approachable and not even greet a hello! Like today went to order create your own.. all I got from the lady, 'we not doing any create your own!! Not an apology or even explanation of why . I have to say she does not look happy in what she's doing. Maybe she's having a bad or short of staff but that shouldn't affect customer service experience. I was very disappointed. Considering I'm a regular shopper in Asda.

Most of the staff are very rude in here, and can't be bothered to assist you in anything! Customer service staff are so miserable and pharmacy staff are absolutely useless.
Messy surroundings, been to this store for years and it never changes.

Asda store Crawley CLOSED at 1am 24th Dec Xmas eve, when their website states they're OPEN NOW when in fact they're closed, see photo! Some of us chose to go shopping at this time & travel to find store closed WHEN WEBSITE SAYS THEY'RE OPEN!
That's not good for customer service so I shall shop elsewhere, where they open when they say!
MERRY CHRISTMAS ASDA

I've always used delivery, but last week my purchase was as delivered and I didn't receive anything. Since then I've been in contact with customer service, I've called 3x and still haven't had any response. I've been trying to resolve this for over a week. It's a shame because I don't trust ordering online anymore, because the service is very slow to solve problems.
