Nice store went in as soon as they opened up so it wasnt busy. Nice member of staff that served me.

Great store. I take my elderly friend in weekly to do his shopping and everyone from the security, to store assistants, to desk assistants are super friendly and make him feel like he has friends in there. Very welcoming. Lovely place.

I mainly buy fruits and vegetables on my way home from East Croydon station because they are good quality and last longer than from any other shop. I get other bits like fresh bread, meat, fish, dairy products too. good quality just a bit more pricey. Very friendly helpful staff.

I think it's a compromise between a normal Waitrose and its local area i.e. Croydon. Nothing seems quite up to their normal standards. The freezers are so cold you have to gradually work items out of the ice and then they're too frosted to scan. There are always at least 2 automatic tills not working. Maybe I'm just irritated that they stock Itsu boa buns (pretty weird, unpleasant taste) but not their gyozas (wonderful). Even through I'm a bit negative about the shop I'd say the staff are lovely.

Great Waitrose! Shame about the spray paint and broken glass windows on the front of the building. The staff are always great and very helpful. It is always busy and could do with a little update like all other Waitrose.

A great shame this stores going to close in the near future.

Nice place, friendly staff, lots of choices, great plants at fantastic prices, overall food prices are medium to High. Quality produce.

What a dodgy looking Waitrose!.. Have never experienced anything similar before. Normally all the stores are bright, clean and generally well kept - whether this one is just the complete opposite. I simply felt insecure being inside. Many products were out of the stock or discounted. Will never return myself and do not recommend visiting unless you absolutely must.
