Tesco Extra

Been shopping here for years. Just seems to be getting worse all the time. Just taking customers for a ride. Horrible car park, packed in like sardines. Often poorly stocked. Unsightly fruit and veg on display. Raking it in, powers that be still deem it fit to do away with staff and go more and more automated. You'll be lucky if you can find a cashier who hasn't got a queue. Staff are the only redeeming feature. Wish it wasn't there as it is a major cause of traffic on Hamble Lane. Only go for convenience but that is going to change.

Shop is a joke, they just want you in take your money and get out, the new self-service tills are a load of rubbish and a nightmare, i feel sorry for the staff, having to deal with all the hassle they cause and stressed customers, shops a nightmare and taking away cash option away aswell is a joke, so now you're telling us how we can spend our money? Thanks for making me shop elsewhere 🙂

Always shop here when we come back to England. This store provides a massive selection of food and other products. There is a massive car park and a petrol station. There are sometimes problems with traffic getting in and out of the store as it is situated near to a motorway junction. Good beer selection.

Helpful staff. Pity the card reader didn't pick up signal, so had to leave all my shopping behind 🛒

Shocking lunch today at this store has really gone down hill .The man in front of me sent back his festive turkey sandwich as there was the smallest bit of turkey didn't even cover the bread.I ordered the brea and cranberry WELL!! the cheese definitely wasn't dripping out of the bread like the pictures when we spoke to the assistant she said its not there fault it comes from above. terrible customer service and and food is a disgrace.

It seems that we now have to buy our own toilet paper from Tesco before we use the customer toilet as none in there, went upstairs to use that toilet and cleaner looked annoyed that i came into there to use the toilet which i couldn't because he was cleaning it, im very disappointed in Tesco as im a regular and always find that the toilets are in disrepair or both customer toilet closed at the same time, how many millions of pounds does Tesco need to make in profits before the basic right to descent toilets are given.

Really good produce. Somehow the quality of the goods at this Tesco seem to be better than most of the London based Tesco stores!

Avoide as much as you can,
Rude staff, unhelpful and mostly unwilling to help with anything.
Especially staff at customer service counter and check out!
Horrible place
