Love this store. Has everything you need and staff are always friendly. My one complaint at the moment is the fact that the fitting rooms were closed and never reopened with one staff member telling me they don’t think they will be reopening. With such a large clothing section it is such a pain to have to take multiple things home and then go back and return what didn’t fit/like. This also must generate so much more work for your staff from untagging it all at checkout to then processing the return and returning to stock. Could all be saved by just opening the fitting rooms!

Our local Tesco and our go to supermarket. Very good size store but in the last 3-6 months the stock levels have noticeably dipped. I appreciate we live in hard times, cost of living crisis and all that but for a store of its size to have this many empty shelves and supply issues is poor. The other Tesco in Aylesbury doesn’t seem to have the same issue and neither does the Tesco Extra in Hemel Hempstead, which I also frequently visit when seeing family and the store is similar in size to this one.
Final point, the PFS frequently has pumps that are out of action/no fuel available which causes frequent queuing, regardless of the time of day.

My scoring is all down to the support/help provided by Dave. He witnessed us on Friday night looking disappointed by the fact a TV was out of stock and quickly informed us that stock is due the next morning. Now I have a new TV :D

It's a Tesco, it may be the timing of my visits but queues are typically longer than other supermarkets I visit.

A massive Tesco, really massive!
So I visited this store around 10pm on a weekday evening, not many customers but plenty of staff whizzing around the store restocking the shelves. Nothing wrong with that, needs to be done.
Whilst at the store I needed to use the gents toilets which I found to be in a very poor state. Now obviously Tesco don’t have any control over what the public do in there, and again I understand it was late in the evening but they were in a right old state! There was some kind of liquid all over the floor (I think it may of been hand wash but I wasn’t going to find out…), toilet paper strewn about the cubicles, graffiti on walls, toilet roll holder not working… a mess.
The baby change facility had boxes of supplies etc under it which I thought was odd.
As for the rest of the store it’s got everything you would expect and more. Timpsons, cash points, car washing facilities and of course a petrol station on site.

Always love this shop. Amazing. Just struggling this year and found ot very hard. Only managed to get a little shopping for the £50 we spent as all we had for xmas but hey we just like the food there. Wont be seeing them in tesco till a week into new year now. Hopefully we'll get by.

Scan yourself guns were down. Again. Staff truculent about it. Perhaps they're tired of it too.
