M&S Simply Food

Love this M&S store, it's quick to pop into as there's parking nearby. The helpful and professional staff coupled with the range of food is up to the usual Marks and Spencer's standard.

A good little food store with a good range. Plenty of choice although spirits are a bit limited. Toilets are shut too by the way.
Plenty of bargains to be had on a Saturday morning as there were lots of reductions around the store. Not very busy today but a few people at the tills. Looked for Christmas food brochure for ideas but none about today. Good to see a festive food on the go selection.
Clean and tidy and greeted at the door and don’t forget to look out for the reductions 😉

There is an older lady at the 'Cafe' is genuinely the nicest person I have met in any coffee place.
100 % customer care with genuine attention to detail and no matter how busy always has a nice word to say.
So different to all the youngsters working in hospitality.
There is middle aged tall guy (Barista I think) - he is equally GOOD.

Well done and if a GM reads this - give them a pay rise. :)

the 3 people working midday on the 18th of sep, well done! You were so busy and handled your workload incredibly, multiple people in the queue even noted this.

Employees like this are 1 in a million, and you have 3 in one place, look after them M&S

I needed help for my very poorly mum who was outside the m&s cafe on Sunday being terribly sick due to medication. I saw A young lady with a very long dark haired ponytail working in the cafe, I asked if she could call a caretaker or someone to clean up the mess but she came straight out with a glass of water bucket and broom and cleaned the pavement herself she was very kind to My very embarrased mum . She is a credit to M&S so sorry I didn't ask her name. But thank you so much.

Called in at 9.20am this morning for coffee and toast only to be informed that they had no bread !!!!!!!!! speachless.

Used the cafe had a bacon roll and drink, will be returning

OMG How slow!!!! Cafe requires more staff.
