Tesco Express

The staff are friendly enough and they are only good thing about this store.

Only 21 star though, as there was out date chicken in the fridge and not by one day.

If someone who had impaired vision bought this, then they could have been seriously ill. I read other reviews and they highlighted the same thing.

If that wasn't the only superstore around, my foot wouldn't step over. Always openning late. Once they opened 20 minutes late, but when finally came, one of they guys put newspaper on the doorway so I won't go inside. Really rude! Veggy are often rotten, once or twice I saw bread 3 days after bbd. Shelves are not full, always missing something from my shop list.

Price has been double recently for basic vegs compare to main store. The weight has been halved and the price doubled. Absolutely bad form Tesco, you don't live up to '' Every little helps ".

Great friendly staff that know all the locals. Always helpful especially for disabled customers. Extremely helpful especially at the beginning of the lockdown in March & throughout. Always looked out for & helped regular local customers. The staff went above & beyond to ensure nobody went hungry (literally) with severe shortages of bread, milk, fresh vegetables & fruit, pasta , rice everything really. Our family ( elderly, children & disabled members) definitely would have been hungry without the dedicated help of the kind, generous hard working staff of this Tesco store. I have & will continue to thank them for their help & fair treatment during a horrendous time for all. We know all the staff & they always welcome us on each shop with genuine kindness. It's a pleasure to shop there as this customer service is very unique to this store & not a common occurrence when shopping else where. Heartfelt Thanks Tesco Staff North Wembley.

Rude staff! Waited patiently to pay, I was the only customer waiting, but when I went to be served, after the preceding customer walked away from the counter, a cashier called Ram refused to serve me and called over another customer, who had only just arrived, telling me that I was queuing in the wrong place and that I should be able to read, as he pointed to the small sign where I had been standing telling customers to queue there for the automatic checkouts . Of course by then two new customers had started using them.
After again waiting to be served, this time in the 'correct' place, I politely pointed out that, as at the time both the auto checkouts had been available, I had obviously been waiting to be served by him, he rudely told me that it wasn't his fault it was mine and I should be able to read.
Not what I expect from a Tesco cashier.

Rude staff! Bad marketing I came to the store on 14/03/2022 one of the staff was making like vomiting sound on my face I was angry then he said to his colleagues I don’t know what happens pretending that he didn’t mean it very far from happy because this brunch was very good two years ago Tesco brought people with no experience not behaving I will never go there anymore honestly ☹️

Good shopping place as a local. Crowded inside though. Shelf stackers tend to block alleys but very polite & helpful.

The poorest offer i ever saw and very high prices compering to other stores. I live near buy but i am buying there only when i am desperate and don't have time to go in shopping farther.
