Sainsbury's

It doesn't have a butcher or fishmonger or charcuterie which nowdays are becoming a rarety in big supermarket across UK but at least this one has lots of choices and good varieties of items. There is a Japanese food stall !

Received a parking ticket from parking in their car park despite getting a token after shopping and validating at the machines. I’ve appealed but it’s the parking companies against mine. Whilst it’s a private company, as a shopper of Sainsburys’s the parking process here isn’t right and not fair. Better just to pay and display. Won’t shop here any longer.

This is a great Sainsbury's. Very local and has a great range of many more specialised food and drinks. It has wide aisles and a very friendly set of staff.

Staff are always friendly and helpful but I'm afraid I would never buy from the frozen section because its clear produce has been out of freezers too long resulting in thawing and re- freezing. Big no no.

A medium sized Sainsbury with car park. Car park spaces are too small (narrow) would have got more stars with bigger parking spaces. Inside it is quite a reasonable shop with plenty of fresh, frozen or bottled/packed/tinned produce. Like most supermarkets they are trying to make you use self checkout, so only one staffed til (another lost star). OK wheelchair access. I did not see a toilet, but I wasn't really looking.

Use it daily, it's OK.
Friendly staff.
Think they could do better with there meal deals.
Every time I go in there, hardly any choice.
But reasonably priced

Staff not really polite. Miserable in fact. As if it is a hinderence to be there. Woefully understaffed. One till open for everyone. 7 customers waiting. Lots of staff walking around. Self service tills full but they do not cater for families with children or the elderly. This place has gone downhill over the years and it shows. As well as it being really drab.

Always reliable. Helpful staff at self checkout. Ticket needed for parking, remember to collect once paid for groceries.
