I enjoy eating and having a coffee in the M&S Cafe. Good choice of good, reasonable prices, very clean and the staff are always friendly and hardworking

The food is OK., but The employee (women) did not have good attitude toward customer.

No respect and manners for customer I felt yesterday. A young man served me and my friend yesterday, he was huffing and puffing, shaking his head. He was happy to serve us then my friend asked why you are doing this behaviour to us? He stared shouting us loudly. We are 50+ ladies, well educated one of us is Teaching Assistant other is working at home for Europa company.
It was very upsetting experience yesterday.
We had spoken with a lady manager about. Hopefully it would be better and hopeful.

Use this branch occasionally staff friendly enough prices par for the course usually use Eltham branch as it's nearer but Bexleyheath is more than ok.

Clean cafe, lovely food good service

I would love to give 5 stars because the food is amazing , great quality and I love doing shopping at M&S but Shocking attitude from one of the employees a guy with ginger hair. That employee needs some serious customers service trainings or should not be dealing with the public. The higher management should look into employees attitudes when dealing with the public .

Nice shop good range of products on offer.

Bought 3 miniature red roses from this store before Christmas. Noticed after purchase the leaves looked a bit dry. Despite watering all 3 died after several days.

Have wasted £15 and disappointed recipients.
