Decent medium sized supermarket within Mildenhall. A good selection of stock. Can get quite busy. There is a hot food section with quite a good selection of meats. A fairly decent sized car park and a cash machine. Also has free Wi-Fi. Toilet was blocked when I visited today but I let them know on the customer service counter and they got straight onto the radio to get it sorted.

Despite the reviews of a small car park it seems absolutely fine - you just have to walk a few metres, no biggie :-)

Disabled spaces are by the entrance. It’s sensible.

This is a decent sized shop, not a small one as many reviews show. It doesn’t have a cafe but it has pretty much anything you need including clothing, home, habitat and an Argos collection point.

Can’t fault it personally!

Edit: No mens clothing - only women and children …

This supermarket is very hit and miss, particularly the hot deli counter and bakery. Sometimes they have a full hot deli with delicious seasoned chicken thighs, wings and drumsticks but other times they only have scraps. I recently bought an apple turnover from the fresh cream cake counter and the cream and apple were frozen inside. The store is also always freezing cold, even in the middle of winter. I will say however that the pizza counter is great value and has some of the tastiest pizza I've ever eaten.

Great store just beyond the town with ample parking open and under cover, up and down travelator, wide aisles.
The store is very well laid out with an in-house Lloyds chemist and Argos on site.
Friendly staff.
Added bonus of being right next to Ely Countryside Park.
Well worth a visit for your big shop.

Good prices for good quality food. They have full range on veggies, pastas, foreign products, frozen items, alcoholic drinks, everything a supermarket should have and more, magazines, seasonal clothes... And their bakery is great, I love it.

Good store, always manage to get what I want when I shop here, however there stock is lower then bigger stores. So beware of that. Very helpful staff here too.

It's a Sainsbury's, it's exactly what I expect from a Sainsbury's. Would be five stars except for one thing, in the 6 years I have lived in the area I have only once managed to buy a bacon joint from their hot counter, they are ALWAYS sold out, they must only cook one a day or something like that. Other than that I can't complain.

I think that there needs to be more help on the lottery/tobacco counter during busy times. Today I was waiting in a queue of about 10 people whilst there were spare staff swanning around trying to look busy instead of stepping in to help the lady....team work is lacking in sainsburys, seems to be to many chiefs and not enough Indians during busy times
