What can I say about this.....

Queued at the tills for 10 min, had a full basket of shopping.

The check out woman ( useless) asked me if I can use the self service. I was 2nd person from getting served but as I didn't need tobacco or lottery I went ahead and used it.

Scanned a load of items and the scales flashed up and informed me a member of staff should assist me.

I waited 5 min no one wad to be seen. I then ask the "clever" staff member at the till and she said she is busy and wait for a staff member. After a further 5 min of waiting I would have been served twice over at the normal till!!!!

I will never shop in the shop again. Such useless staff and stupid machine....

Sainsburys you should train your staff better

I vowed to boycott this place after atrocious service from one of their senior staff members when their self service check out failed to read my debit card (funny that it’s worked everywhere else but here...) and have done so successfully until about a month ago when I needed to withdraw cash and while I was at it decided to grab a drink. The queue was so long and the staff stocking the shelves could not care less and carried on slowly rearranging products and laughing instead of serving, despite being asked by myself and two other equally annoyed customers. I gave up and left and will never EVER return here again. Parking is awful, the staff I encountered were awful and I would just avoid it like the plague.

Very handy location. Friendly helpful staff and good range of goods. A little more expensive than the main supermarket but that's to be expected.

Really surprised by some of the reviews here. Always friendly and fast in here and I must be in there near everyday! Thank you to the team here.

All you need from a local version of Sainsbury's.

They keep a fair range of stock, and whatever I've wanted I've invariably found. Prices are higher than the main supermarket but I suppose you have to pay a little for the convenience (although I have never understood why all Sainsbury's prices shouldn't bethe same).

The staff are always helpful and friendly. They have a good number of self service tills as well as counter service.

There is a small on-site car park, that can get busy at times.

Sainsburys is very lucky to have Chris working for them, he was putting stock out, serving customers on the till also salf scan, welll done to Chris.

Not satisfied with service as constantly getting deliveroo orders wrong, staff need training properly to get orders right

My visit to the shop was ok but as I was on foot I noticed that the area in front of the shop facing the main road where there are bushes and greenery is full of litter, bottles, cans etc. It looks revolting and just the sort of place you would expect to see rats. I appreciate this is not the fault of the store but it is in their interest to maintain a hygienic space as a food retailer.
