A certain member of staff was very rude to me today for the second time! Her tone of voice was very rude and short as my baby making a noise was annoying her, her English and speech isn't very clear so all I heard was her saying my baby is making too much noise and she shook her head whilst frowning. I will not be going in there anymore because of this! There is a lot to be said for customer service which is lacking in that shop!!
Bournemouth Ironing Shop
Use this shop most days as I work opposite. Been using this store for 5+ years and is currently run as good as I’ve ever seen it. Good range of products and the staff are very friendly. Sometimes have to queue for a few minutes to pay but other than that I can’t fault it.

Refused to accept a southern coop voucher as although Tuckton is in the south of England this store will only accept northern coop vouchers. I won't be going back

The staff dose not wear mask, I was insulted because I made a observation regarding diferent price from shelve to the sistem, therefore I refused to pay a different price for the article and returned to the staff. Rasist behaviour and roundness. I will evite this coop on the future.
