Love this little Tescos, the people that work there are always so friendly and helpful. Plus its just the perfect size to do you weekly shop or pop in for a few quick bits, and it not take hours to get round. Always very clean and tidy in there and near enough always have whatever I go in there for. Good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and always very fresh. Also has a donation point for local food banks, and local cats protection food donations, a Pharmacy counter, and Lottery and Cigarette stall. Also has fuel garage with fuel from 6am until 9pm, its NOT 24hr.

This morning - 26th March 2022 - I visited the petrol station forecourt at Cannock Heath Hayes Store at 06:56 hours. At least 2 of the pumps were out of receipts. When attempting to fill at one pump after entering my card details, which was authorised, on lifting the pump nozzle an error message came up. An attendant inside tried to communicate over the tanoy but could not be heard. I went inside to see if there was a problem with the pump. The 2 attendants simply shrugged their shoulders and suggested that I try again. They were more interested in chatting to one another and drinking coffee. Most unhelpful and far from showing any empathy whatsoever. No effort was made to assist and I eventually had to use another pump. Very disappointed with service.

Some lovely staff but this store is the worst run tesco anywhere! Never enough staff on and you have to constantly wait. It’s infuriating

Not cycle friendly, the first and only time I've been asked to remove my bike from a Tesco store.
They don't even have cycle racks outside the store 😂

Well I went into tesco mobile shop at weekend normally pretty good but when I got there there were 2 gentleman working there not one of the acknowledged us one was.chatting to his mate on mobile phone none of them did not have the courtesy to say be with you shortly after 15 mins we left how rude and unprofessional

Going downhill over the last 6 month, staff turnover is massive, never the same faces or loads of temps in whatever clothes they want to wear. Shelves seem disorganised with trolleys constantly filling the isles. Staff grouped together chatting away to each other when tills were 2 or 3 deep. It just seems like it is very poorly run or being run by a bunch of kids, and it never looks to be any managers on the floor, as constant calls to customer services. Need to take a leaf out of the bigger store in Hednesford.

Huge queue on the self service because out of the 9 or 10 tills only 3 are accepting cash, 10 to 15 odd normal tills with only 3 open and yet again they have tills that dont accept cash! Ridiculous situation causing queues throughout the shop. You think you are being clever trying to phase out cash but you are not, you are losing customers because we want to use cash
