I've used this store for years however recently I have had problems there. Most staff are very nice the others are dam right rude no time for customers it feels like they just don't want you in the store I'm not taring all with the same brush however I've left the store recently totally deflated I would like to speak to someone higher than a Manager as one incident was totally out of order kind regards

Iv always rated Asda quite highly until today, the staff around the store were very helpful but when we got to the check out, the lady on the till was not helpful at all, it was the first time that we were going to use the rewards app & after we paid for our shopping we asked to use the app & she snapped it should have been done before paying which we didn’t know about, she said it’s written all over the store but we couldn’t see that anywhere, other stores that do reward cards ask the customer if they have one & when I suggested that staff should ask she just snapped it’s all over the store & had no intention to take some very important advice.
Also other stores receipts can be taken to their customer service desk to have the points put on the rewards cards which Asda should do also if people forget to use theirs at the till.
I hope Asda take this on board & improve peoples shopping experience.

I love my local Asda and all the staff, live close so im in there all the while, well done all, only concern is I have a back complaint so
Like the smaller higher trolleys but when I get there (Saturdays granted busiest day) there are non at the designated slot by side of Asda or in any of the near shopping trolley bays near by, and recently I have also had same problem with the larger trolleys meaning I either waited or used a parent baby trolley which I would prefer not to do- easily fixable so I hope this is resolved soon (thanks to everyone)

Went in for fireworks left feeling embarrassed and humiliated. Being dyslexic reading is a big issue for me. So when purchasing a pack of fireworks I asked the lady at the desk for the pack I wanted by showing her in the booklet they provided. Instead of simply fetching them she decided to ask my repeatedly what they were and only after I struggled to read it did she get them. I did explain that forcing someone who is dyslexic to read in public was humiliating, she just laughed it off. She may not have been aware that I was dyslexic but to repeatedly ask when clearly I was struggling, i think some customers service training is needed.

Customer service kiosk staff - Rude! I was collecting an online order, I waited nearly 20 minutes. No sign of staff anywhere, I waited at the customer service desk and finally someone showed up. I politely said I had been waiting a while for my order and that could she help me. First response I got was a roll of the eyes a big huff and "you haven't waited long, you've waited 5 minutes" ermm.. excuse me?! I know how long I've waited for and it's long enough! I think your staff member has an attitude problem. Regardless of how long I have waited for that is not the response anyone should be greeted with. Thanks ASDA

What a wonderful experience here today. I want to say a massive thank you to Gaynor and Heather at customer services! Extremely polite kind professional helpful and a joy to speak with searches stock for what was needed were patient and attentive. The complete opposite to the experience I had yesterday at Bloxwich the staff at Cannock are simply wonderful. Merry Xmas thank you for everything you did for me and my daughter today!!

Cafe issue! Please note the poor review is on the cafe NOT the store! Went in today to be told the coffee machine was broken and only instant available, should have left then but decided to support the business, I was then given a cup with instant coffee in it and told to fill it up with hot water at the back of the cafe! Oh OK I thought, I ordered a teacake and even though I agreed to the instant Cofee and the walk to fill it up, I was told I could only have 1 small pat of butter for the teacakes and it would be an extra 15p for another. SHOCKING show of customer care. Will avoid it in the future.
