Rude staff, always under-stocked. You'd expect store staff to have good customer service skills and to be the ones that make you feel like coming back but that's not the case here. Treating regular customers with contempt for absolutely no good reason, something I have been on the end of and witnessed numerous times, is simply not acceptable.

It's local so go regularly. The staff are great and very helpful, being a local branch I don't expect by its nature to have a big selection as you'd get from a main supermarket like you get in their larger branches. Currently in our 2nd lockdown, some staff and security came from hours away, like far, far uugghhh! So they've been open till 10 pm but still have to restock before they navigate the night travels services when London resembles a ghost town! On the one hand great and unique, on the other weird and scary! Bless you guys for working so hard.

Once ID'd me for an energy drink and didn't change their minds after prolonged eye contact. Sold my shares during the pandemic and haven't looked back. Five stars for the memories, I lived just around the corner.

Great store...it's a shame they close their doors a few minutes early before closing time. They should really make it 10:55 and not 11pm.

Had my worst shopping experience in this store. Refuse to receive the return package which could be returned to any sainsbury’s store. Store manager and one employee are rude and useless. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

This is one of my local shops and cannot give enough praise to the staff working here. They really go the extra mile and often leave you with a smile 😃
