Not very impressed with the general lack of goods which seem to be constantly missing. And the ‘taste the difference’ Pomodoro tomatoes literally taste like water. Terrible. Key word being ‘taste’! Don’t bother with those. Luckily - it is convenient for popping around the corner as I am busy, so it’s useful. All in all distinctly average.

I’ve never received worse customer service than the man who served me today, who snatched my ID out of my hand and barely said two words to me. Oscar, if you hate your job don’t make it everyone else’s problem.

It’s ok, a bit messy but it’s fine, you can have what you need here.

The staff are rude and incompetent. The self checkouts required authorisation , it took 3 times for the till to show zero so that I could start my shop. The shop assistant rolled her eyes and shouted at me when I asked for help ! I genuinely needed help as the toll was showing a balance once this was cleared I needed a security tag moved from a bottle of wine - all of this was too much for the assistant who walked off. I also have a visual impairment which sometimes means I need assistance with the small print on these devices. The staff here could not have been less accommodating !

I went to buy a monster energy and was refused eventhough I had ID and the way the staff member talked to me was disgusting

Shop is ok. Never had any problems with staff. It’s a small shop, so you can’t expect to get everything. You can always find something to buy and be able to cook at home including microwave food. So no problem really 😊

Handy for a coffee and a hot slice of pizza personaly, but they also have a wide selection of on the go healthy options.
Prices are fair and there is a good selection main store items should you need an essential ingredient for your main meal.

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. ORANGE MACHINE EMPTY.

It’s third time I find the orange machine empty. And the second time I complain and no one has paid attention to help.

I talked to the tall guy with glasses and he told me he would talk to the manager but she and the girl with long black hair continued to play and talk as if there was no one to be seen.

I buy orange fresh juice often because I consider it the most delicious in the area but unfortunately they seem to be too lazy to add oranges. And the other day I found the machine with oranges but it was unplugged, I had to look for another guy to call me.

This is absurd, so many people are unemployed and some prefer to play at work.

That's why the supermarket next door is crowded with people shopping. And Sainsbury’s are always empty.

Maybe is good idea sell the machine to the other market because there the people is always helpful and working hard.
