It boils my blood that such a huge organisation can setup a shop inside a hospital and charge such inflated prices. I understand economics, but when you're rushed by ambulance to a hospital over 100 miles from home and are living on a ward with your 8 week old child and need some food or drinks, quickly and conveniently, you're held to ransom! Where is the compassion from the company?

A small outlet which offers some the M&S range of ready meals and sandwiches. Conveniently just inside the hospital entrance it is widely used by staff and patients alike.

Don't trust the opening hours listed online!

Recently I checked online that it was open but when I got there I found the store to be closed with a sign saying it was closing an hour early every day for the next couple of weeks. There was no mention of the changed opening hours online. There is also another branch with lower prices nearby in Broadmead. Beware!

Choice for veggies limited and vegan range verging on non existent. Seems to only get worse with time. Head next door to WHSmith for double the choice of vegan sandwiches; double being a choice of two sandwiches! Most local newsagents of half the size make this M&S look silly...

Great to be out shopping with my family. Haven't been in M&S in Longwell Green for a long long time. The Café is lovely too. Food is good.

There's fresh food every day, but little bit expensive.

No comment about the shop itself but wanted to share that you need to actually enter the hospital revolving doors and it’s ahead in the corridor. A bit weird to me…

Ideal when you have to a live in hospital when your child is sick. Can eat healthy and top up when needed. Excellent GF range too. Open to public not just those in hospital.
