Tesco Express

It's handy if you work in hospital and the staff are helpful and friendly. The only problem I have is that last Thursday I was on a late shift and a bit short of time mso I drove round the back of tesco. All I needed was 2 bananas. The parking g for tesco was full , but there was only 2 customers in shop . Got the said 2 bananas and paid 40pence . I was no longer then 5 minutes and would you believe it a 60pound parking fine . Never going to go there again, it will have to be sainsburys down the road

Handy local store open later than the larger store near me. Not the best for choice of or range of products. Always seems to be a lack of staff to serve at the tills.

Small Tesco, but its right next to the hospital so great for patients and visitors.
There is not a huge amount of choice in there as it is a Tesco express but it is perfect for the small shops you need, top up shops, emergency shops etc. They still have the offers on that there would be in a large Tesco superstore.
There are self checkouts and a couple of cashier checkouts in this store, not usually a long wait either. Plus if you need it theres a cash machine just outside too.

This store does not check stock. I went to buy some refrigerated ready meals and found that some were actually 12, yes TWELVE days past their use by date. I also wanted some milk but the use by date was the next day.

some nice staff, but a few who are particularly obnoxious, but thankfully there are self service tills. its overpriced for basic stuff, just about okay if you're absolutely desperate for essentials. overall a not very pleasant atmosphere to shop in

As an ex cleaner for tesco I would recommend shopping here but I have found that in some stores the staff can be rude and short fused at particular busy periods of time but that doesn't prevent me from my shopping needs

As aways good produce, good Clean store, friendly staff, always could do wif more on the tills...
