Asda Crewe Superstore

I have just gone to get chips in Asda in Crewe and Asda deserves a 5 star review kids eat all day during the summer holidays for £1 per meal breakfast dinner and tea ....fantastic...... And cafe staff amazing run off there feet ....kids have full bellies.... Can't buy the food for £1 let alone cook it as well! ..... Amazing!

Was kept waiting for ages to collect my shopping from click and collect they wasnt too busy. I went and spoke to a female member of staff explained I was struggling with my anxiety and PTSD and if she could help. To which she replied "not my problem". A lady from the George dept was a bit more helpful but then I was waiting for ages again to be told our order hadn't been picked yet and then they tell me they had no chicken in stock at all ???? If this is how they treat people with disabilities I'll make sure their named and shamed

this happened today at around 3:30pm , one of my daughter ( who is darker) and her friend were getting drinks , she said she hasn’t done anything suspicious as she was just talking with her friend , trying to find other things to buy( she wasn’t even acting suspicious and no intentions on stealing) but she has noticed a worker who is a security and is skinny, (glasses?) and white followed her and informed her other colleague on the (phone radio) that my daughter is behind her. so my daughter went on another aisle to confirm her suspicions on that lady following, that lady did and said they’re acting “suspicious “ my daughter was embarrassed at this comment making her feel like a criminal. she knew it’s because of her skin colour as it’s not the first time a white person was racist to her. they have complained in asda but the other worker said it’s her job?? please get the security worker sorted out and knock some sense in her. it’s not the 90s anymore it’s ridiculous i’ve got to deal with this still.

Worst Asda ever visited in my life. A dump. Unprofessional rude disgusting unprofessional staff with rough attitudes to their customer. Will never visit here out of desperation again. I,ll stick to Sainsburys and well away from Crewe too! The Ginger/orange short haired security possible female obviously suits this store, wind your neck in and sorry you wouldn,t get a professional career.

Disgusting store! Dirty.staff are the worst ever seen in a supermarket. I vote ASDA the worst supermarket.Crewe is the worst place too. Treat customers appauling.Never shop here unless your feral.

4pm on a Saturday was quiet enough to be pleasant. The store is nice and the staff are helpful but the prices aren't great and missing stock is frustrating.

Worst shopping experience in Cheshire. You have to pay to shop here too. Click and collect is a joke. I drove around for ages trying to find the click and collect bay, but you have to go in, know that you need to press a call for help button on the parcel drop off machine and then walk your shopping out to the car. Don't shop here

We've recently started making online orders for delivery for my sick elderly parents , we made an order for Fri the 13th Jan and it came as they said it would, however when I came too make there dinner on Saturday discovered that the whole chicken had gone out of date on the day of delivery , this could of been really bad had I not noticed, I also thought I would go through the other items too also find yogurts had also gone out of date, I will be shopping here again
