Excellent selection of grocery items and fresh produce. Have been shopping here for several months now. Staff are polite and helpful. There are cash machines out side and also there are 2 photo booths if needed. Good indoor car parking space and free for 3 hours. Recommended for weekly shopping.

This shop is getting ridiculous, prices different at the tills than advertised on the shelf. Till staff are rude at self checkout and when you have a issue they try to ignore you and give you attitude when you do get help and smell strongly of tobacco.
Items not on the system but advertised on the shelf with a price refusing to sell the products. Delivery pickers blocking walk ways having conversations with other staff and not moving and blocking parts off so you have to squeeze past or try to reach over it to get to items you want.
Hand sanitizer stations never have liquid in and customer toilets need a good clean.
Very rarely go in now.

I visited the store this evening to fill my car with fuel and to do my weekly shop. Had things been normal, I would’ve spent probably the thick end of £200 on fuel and food . However, the petrol station was closed. The escalator to the store was not working so I had to use the lift. Only one of these was working. There was only one aisle of refrigerated food. All other aisles of refrigerated food were empty and blocked off. There was no frozen food available at all. All aisles of frozen food were closed off. As a result I could not get 80% of what I wanted to shop for. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the checkout person who put my limited amount of shopping through the till. She was unconcerned about the whole situation. Fortunately, I remember the Tesco slogan that “every Lidl helps”. There is a Lidl less than half a mile away. It helped and I saved a small fortune. And the fuel price at the local Esso station was better than Tesco too. Even better, when I pay Lidl with my Tesco Clubcard credit card, I still get Tesco points.

Visited Tesco lately and purchased two chewing gum tubs which were £1.99 each (one marked with Aldi price match). To my surprise at the checkout I was charged £2.20/tub. Though they refunded me the difference, I am not sure how many customers have not noticed this difference and paid extra. Who knows on what other products they are charging higher than the displayed price.

One of the best places to get your shopping and to buy your clothes from. The staff are friendly and very helpful and friendly. There is a pharmacy in store where you can get all your medication from and the staff there are very knowledge about the different medications that they have.
I can recommend this store at Crewe Cheshire.

Drastically under staffed and over priced, Lidl is just around the corner and you can save a fortune. Sorry Tesco but you've lost a very loyal customer. I will add that the staff that are currently working are fantastic, just not enough of them which isn't their fault

Have to admit being a fan of this particular Tesco store, with its very wide aisles and wide variety of goods (electricals excepted). Obviously it is morecexpensive than thr budget supermarkets but unlike those you can pretty much always purchase everything on your list without going elsewhere. Very fast and friendly going through the checkout on this occasion. (although speed isn't always reliably good)
