I've been coming to this shop for almost two years now, the owner is always up for a good chat and laugh! good range of supplies and not bad prices for a convinience store! Free bottle of champagne at Christmas would be my only suggestion for improvement :p

Probably the best convenience store in the county. The owner has been there for yonks, I live in the modern part of Wootton, which was just its eponymous fields when he arrived. He is very helpful indeed, and stocks some items, notably the old-style hard liquerice sticks, which are practically unobtainable elsewhere. Always happy to chat, and proactive. I would even consider living in Hardingstone, just for him.

I am so accustomed to finding what I need there, I have now started asking for things for fun just to see if he has them.

Obviously, he can't stock much by way of perishables, no store of that kind can, otherwise something of a cornucopia.

Clean fresh and a good range of produce for a relatively small shop. Tubs of chocolates are a great price.
