Horrible store- I just bought a carton of orange juice, got it home only to find it was already open and missing about 1/4 of the juice- someone had already drunk from it?! Repulsive. Also, I've been in store when children (I believe kids of the staff, or at least, they were holding hands with the staff and appeared to be known to them) were hurling cans off the shelf onto the floor, hard, as well as running round screaming. I only go here if I absolutely have to.

Has to be the worst Tesco branch out there!

I don’t think I have ever once been there and not found an empty space where the item I’m looking for should be (and I’m not looking for squid ink or caviar, we’re talking a tin of beans or self raising flour). The staff are constantly chatting to each other (which I wouldn’t mind if the work was being done and they weren’t completely blocking the aisles all the time), and I’ve never not had to physically go get someone to serve on the till or fix an issue with the self service.

I live locally and usually have to walk twice the distance to get the simplest and most commonplace of items!! I don’t expect much from a small local branch, it’s clean, that’s about the only good thing I can say about it!

One short woman with short brown haor constantly shouting at lunchtime and after school times at the school kids. Telling them to keep their noise down. I live above the tesco so its my local shop. The deliveries are a joke. They bang the trolleys off and on the lorry. All times of day. They stand outside smoking which then comes up into my windows. They are so loud and inconsiderate to the residents in the building. They barely have anything you actually want

Rude staff, especially in the mornings who see customers as a menace.Recently inexplicably changed opening hours which inconvenienced myself and many of my work colleagues. The staff prefer to gossip and moan in front of customers. A horrible shop.

I was in many Tescos in Bristol but this one is definitely the worst one ever. I'm living 1 minute from the shop and it's 50/50 chance that I will have good or bad experience. Old fruits, broken food, missing bread on shelfs, TERRIBLE smell from the fridge with milk, a lot times broken fridge with deep frozen food, a lot times problems with machines with self-service. Sometimes security guy can be super nice and friendly and some other can be super rude. Stuff there is never helpful and most of time I saw that there were more focus on chatting with each other instead of helping customers.

Terrible. Just terrible.

This is a convenient Tesco when walking in the harbourside area. It gets very busy at lunchtime and can feel a bit chaotic. It does, of course, have all the essentials of life, like sandwiches and beer, as well as general groceries. It is opposite Pizza Express on Millennium Parade on the route to/from Millennium Square. There is a free cashpoint by the entrance.

Security guard thinks the law doesn't apply to him. More than three times he has intruded on my personal space. Just because somebody wears a uniform doesn't give them the right to impose themselves; a two metre rule is a two metre rule and this is enforced by police due to specific changes to our law. Otherwise a useful little Tesco .
