Absolutely no respect for customer what so ever. I approached the store with a fellow work colleague at 21:30 Wednesday night to buy myself a drink. My colleague was in front of me purchasing cigarettes as I waited for my turn in the queue. As my colleague was being I.D'd for his cigarettes I then got called to show my I. D for what I thought was my ORANGE JUICE. I was then told my colleague could not be served for his cigarettes due to me not having my I. D (which I do not carry when I intend to buy juice! This store has been my local store for 12 years and the person who spoke rudely to me I had never seen his face before he was large skin head and bald. When asking why I needed my I. D he kept shouting "it's the law love" in the most patronising way possible I would like he store CCTV to be checked to see I was no where near the cigarette counter while my colleague was purchasing and to see the disruption he showed to a regular customer. Will never be using this store again as long as he works there.

I don't understand why people say there rude I've been using the store for over three years am disabled often use wheelchair and couldn't be more helpful, friendly, and nothing to much, I have a dog so they help.pack and take to the car and I put in car. I often drop things and they are amazing. Thankyou for all your help and I think your fantastic keep the good work up.

Staff are so rude! And there is never any stock, everyday I come in on my lunch break for a meal deal and there’s never any sandwiches, but it’s of a joke when staff are stocking drinks and crisps up for there to be no sandwiches to go with it! Need to sort your supplies out..

Gone here for years, plenty of stock, pleasant staff, well done all.

Utterly shocked regarding the attitude and actions of Christian the manager of the crewe road branch. Instigating a personal issue resulting in using homophonic comments towards another customer. Police have been informed 😡😡😡😡

Very helpful staff for a disabled lady , especially the older ladies who works there .they are all very polite so makes it enjoyable

Shuts shop to tale delivery in store hours on a Sunday morning lots of people walked in rain for shopping and papers turned away.

Marie and Mandy sorted an issue we had with forgetting to show our club card. Even though they were short staffed and extremely busy they both still had time for us. Thank you ladies much appreciated 😊
