Grand asda store including george outlet also. Also offers click and collect.

Has scan and go option which is very handy, pick up your scanner at start, keep scanning every item and go through separate checkout at the end.

There is also a party, cards section at the start which is quite good.

Terrible experience . one staff member in particular , the old man with hearing aids, picked me as his target. While i was walking through the aisles checking prices for some specific items, he popped out of nowhere behind a trolley ( probably willing to withhold the items i put in my bag ) to catch me inside the store pretending he had me on cameras and acted suspicious then asked me if i was going to pay my items.... what the hell....Obviously, I left the store quickly after that and he was waiting for me at the exit to check my receipt.

On a previous day , i was weighing my vegetables as I always do on self checkout when he appeared behind my back pretending the scale I was using was broken ( which was false )  then he took my products to weigh them himself on another scale. Each time he find fake excuses to justify his odd behaviour towards me while this is actually pure DISCRIMINATION.

I've been shopping here for years without any problems, if it happens one more time, i'll have to report him to his hierarchy . Leave me alone man .

I like this store. In addition to the extensive assortment, there is a pharmacy,a Click and collect department, you also can send money abroad ( Travel Money 💸) and,if desired, print a photo from your phone. In addition to food, drink,a large selection of clothing ,shoes, George accessories - it is convenient. There are also three payment methods - the usual queue ( tape), vending machine and using a mobile device, for every taste. The staff is friendly and adds to the overall positive picture!

The choices of products are good and the price are reasonable. Specially buying sweets and snacks for family.

Every time I went there I was surprised because they always have new products of toys and clothes.

Recently, they renewed the shopping trolleys. One pound coin or a token have to be used to release a trolley.

Unfortunately, today I had a ‘new’ trolley with NOISY WHEELS. I didn’t have another token to release another trolley. Also, there were not enough small trolleys near the entrance where the ATM machines located. As a result I had to use the noisy trolley to the shop. It made my shopping experience a bit difficult and annoying.

However, there are many self checkout tills which can checkout efficiently and the gentleman staff who worn a yellow vest was very helpful.

This Asda has been standing for years, but I'm quite disappointed with it infrastructure-wise. The pathway is full of dry gum and dirty benches and I really think a nice refurbishment is need for the shop itself. It has a lot inside it and I think it would look way better if it looks more modern.

Everything else was stocked well but the magazine section is horrendous. Mess everywhere, disorganised, and literally no magazine that is in good quality. World cup sticker boxes all over the section sub-par quality too. If you're going to improve the section, make it clean and add a designated area for card collections and more stock for world cup stickers!

Like all other Asda's, there are products that have been out of stock for more than a week.

Wasted an hour shopping because they wouldn't let me use the Blue Light Card offer. Staff shouldn't be able to make rules up on the spot. And embarrass shoppers . Ended up spending another hour shopping in Lidl

Hi Tasha, I wanted to split my shopping. so did the first LITTLE bit, right after I paid for it, I was told I cant use the BLD on the remainder of my shopping. Which I argued is not on the T&C's and he said that's your rules, so I left the shopping and left. He looked proud that he saved Asda around £10. I have looked at the T&C's and cannot see anywhere mentioned that you cannot split your shopping, as with most people the Pay between December and January is a very long stretch so I needed to use my credit card to be able to pay for some of the shopping.

Based within the 'Greenwich Shopping Park', this Asda is pretty much the same as others, same system, format, just at a different location.

The Store itself caters to majority of things you'd need from day-to-day, I've always found staff to be nice when asked for help.

Only drawback from our experience is the checkout tills could have had a couple more staff members on due to queues being way too long than needed.

Part from that, same ol' same ol'.
