Iceland Supermarket Northampton

My local supermarket would recommend but there is one major issue several people have mentioned to me including myself on numerous occasions I have been going to the supermarket and they haven't got trolleys one week I had to wait for 35 minutes to get one but apart from that the overall store is good selection of products they manage to survive under difficult circumstances so would recommend

Iceland's are and have been a very good supermarket for many decades their Christmas food selection is amazing it's definitely underrated everybody's always shopping Tesco's ... there's almost too much produce to look at and produce from but I suppose that's the whole purpose of it is to give you lots of different varieties to attract you to spend your money the food is pretty averaged despite and funky and cool things they do I can't say I've ever been wowed by anything terms of taste that is great space to be able to do your shopping without being overcrowded downside is when you reach the Checkout you will be lucky if there is two people on checkouts..

I find it so helpful they offer a service that nobody else does which is by your shopping and they will deliver it that is really helpful and can help vulnerable people for people living on their own or people we just don't have a car or something I'm glad they haven't got rid of that and have kept it for many years.
I do wish it was healthier and not just full of carbohydrate frozen food but I am happy to shop here

Home delivery was experience of a lifetime delivery arrived hour late all my frozen items melted the ice creams was like milk.
They promised redelivery same day at 6pm and surprise surprise didn’t turn up and guess what store was shut when i tried to contact em.
next day promised a certain time and same old story didn’t turn up on time so 2 days later i managed to get the rest of my delivery.
i suppose i could blame the store supervisor who was dealing with this problem for his bad attitude and non apologetic manner but is it really his fault with the skeleton staff and limited training zero hours non communication with there staff.
so maybe this is just how it is at this iceland store

Good range of products at reasonable prices.
Everything was labled clearly and thee store was clean.

It's a lovely place to buy freezer and fridge groceries, and the staff are realllyyyyy friendly

They only have one till open and if u decide not to purchase something it is difficult to get out

Customer service is so bad.
The person didn't ask me if I wanted a bag to put my stuff in.

I like getting things there nice people and it gets me out nice place he'll yeah 🎸🌹🙏🐯💥👍
