Lidl

Spacious and full of food at a low price. The bakery section looks great and is well stocked. Also has lots of non food items like clothing, utensils, camping, etc. Parking was easy and there is ground floor covered parking if it's raining. Tills are reasonably fast and there is a self checkout with 10 tills.

Nice place. Good nice. But you cannot always find what you need (out if stock) so you end up needed to go to another supermarket.

Cute new Lidl with convenient parking. They still had plenty supply of bottled water unlike Costco and Aldi! Easy clear layout in Watford store...love it. **Credit pic to local newspaper/I forgot***

Visit this place pretty much every other days, today was in frozen section and looking for a particular ice-cream and couldn't find one asked the guy called David for help who was shelving he replied I'll have a look when free waited for about 10 minutes and asked how long gonna be, he replied with arrogant attitude I'll help you when I'm finished! Shocking customer service¿?!!!

Lovely modern looking store with free limited time parking. Got a bit lost the first time visited as the parking and entrance is on a side road next to the store.

Cashiers work fast and the waiting in lines at the tills is acceptable, not too long.
Particularly impressed with the nappies from here. I used them for my child and they never leaked or gave her a rash. Cheaper doesn’t mean lower quality.
Great to have cheaper products but they don’t always have what you want so you have to go elsewhere in the end.

From the outside it looks amazing but was a bit disappointed with the middle lane in this store.

Short summary
Atmosphere - big, bright and airy
Staff and management - friendly and super helpful
Range selection - for use a big store the range wasn’t a big as some smaller stores I’ve been to.
Recommend to friends and family - yes, if it’s you local store but don’t go out of your way if not.
Cleanliness - it was clean but there was lots of boxes everywhere and the shelves we very messy.

5 = amazing and out of this world - fully recommend you go out of your way to try this place
4 = really really good and would recommend to friends and family if in the area but something missing if changed could have potential to be a 5 star rating.
3 = ok - average place and nothing to write home about
2 = not to my taste and disappointed - will not be returning to this place anytime soon
1 = I don’t have any words to describe the disappointment in this place and I have not choice but to give it a one because no stars isn’t an option.

Good place to buy daily needs, very food prices compare to some other super markets

Actually, it deserves 1 star after my last experience. I shop weekly at lidl and they usually do coupon rewards through lidl plus and their policy is ridiculous as they kind of force you where to spend it ( on which products ). Also, happened several times that their food went bad within the expiry time. High prices, low quality...
