Polite and friendly service. Very reasonable priced cafe. Only £2.30 for tea .

Two Staff manned checkouts - one on the ground floor and one on the top floor. REALLY what were you thinking. Lots of card self service till but that really does not suit the majority of people visiting the store - or there would not be huge queues!!

5 star store.
0 star car park. It's a great store, if you ever manage to get parked 😀. It's a joke. I would advise a pre packed sandwich so you don't starve to death exiting the site.

No cafe and no toilets. Both are essential for people with children and/or accompanying older folk. Sending customers to Costa just won't do, as that is the only cafe close by and hasn't the capacity. Add to that the parking nightmare that has always been the case at Ravensdale and the new store becomes a non-starter. Loads of self-service tills but long queues at the couple of serviced ones. No surprise there as it is repeated in all the other stores with a lack of staffed tills. I could just about cope with the parking problem if the other aspects were put right but, as it stands, I won't be going again. Such a shame that the designers had not worked this out in advance.

I loved marks and Spencer when it was on the high street. Now it's less personal a nightmare to park and get in and out of car park. Don't always have a car and used to call in marks whilst in town. No way am I walking to riverside. Big mistake moving. Can't we have the food hall back on the high street?

Everything in this new store is sparkly and shiny except the customer service. The customer appears to be an inconvenience to the (sometimes unknowledgeable) staff who are busy preening their museum showroom. Whoever’s making decisions about this store needs to review the basics, please.

No toilets no cafe, no thank you. Underwhelmed, gloomy, not much more of a range of clothes than before.
Was told I can use toilets across at Costa, really? And they welcome m and s customers into their cafe to use their loo with out buying anything.
Was told people are getting used to no loos or cafe , really?
Mmmm really hope they change their minds.
Miss the old store already 🙄😐
