Iceland Supermarket Salisbury

Online orders were fine until recently. New driver delivered over half an hour late and had given half of my order to someone else and I had to pick it up from store to get it in time (pointless getting it delivered in the end).
Last time was very late again and all my fresh items were warm. Had to throw it all out (chicken and wasn't going to change it). Over 2 weeks later and no refund or replacement.
This was Salisbury store.

Haven't been in iceland shopping for years. Popped in the Salisbury one today. NEVER again. Filthy behind the freezers, bottles of spilt sauces looked like they had been there for months. And some of the staff looked scruffy and unkept. Glad i had my hand sanitiser in my bag. I felt so dirty after being in there. I was genuinely disgusted. 😳

Iceland Salisbury store staff are helpful and friendly. Good delivery service.

Good little shop, although the layout and cramped space is a little unpleasant, but the staff were polite and kind.

Affordable items during time of inflation. Best place for frozen foods items.

Well stocked shop with plenty of choice. Could have been a little cleaner. However, the friendly staff made up for that.

Five members of staff, not one willing to help customers.

It was very cold so I took a flight home
