Tesco Superstore

Absolutely love this store & its staff. Haven’t met a member of staff that isn’t friendly or helpful in the Leighton Buzzard branch. They have been amazing & so helpful throughout the pandemic & have put up with so much abuse because ignorant people panic brought selected items. It wasn’t the staffs fault they were out of stock it was people that stocked their trolleys without a thought for others. Also love the refurbished store. A huge choice of clothing especially for children & women’s wear.
Wish all the staff a very merry Christmas & may 2021 be a lot brighter for the whole team. Thank you for caring for your customers

I went to locate a specific item, I asked a member of store staff whom advised that said item is no longer carried.

In terms of "Customer Service" by telephone contact? Truly appalling!
Shall never bother troubling them again, with what may have been helpful advice.
If Tesco "management" doesn't want to hear from those who pay their wages, please say so at outset & not waste OUR, well, MY time!

Cold and miserable, overpriced, giving 3 stars as it's open till late.

Poor staff..a pharmacy that is always closing & staff who are abusive to customers. Go to Morrisons

This store is located just on the edge of the town. It has its own petrol station, a small clothes section plus separated further along the store is a “home” section along with toys, cook ware, car and DIY. I get the idea it’s separate because the store is simply too small now to accommodate all the things we expect a Superstore to carry.
Be aware customer toilets are at the back of the store, I’ve read some reviews saying they don’t have any, they do, just not where you would expect!
Plenty of parking when I visited although I can see this being an issue at peak times.
I visited early morning so staff were whizzing around everywhere trying to stock the shelves, not the time to go if you want a more relaxed shopping experience!

I've always found this a good Tesco, for product range and staff. But often with a strange waft of sewage around the front door.

For the last 3 weeks though it has been overpowering, and throughout the whole store. Not what you really want when buying food!

When I asked at Customer Service I just got "Yea a few people have mentioned it".

Sadly I'll have to go to another store until this can be resolved.

Some of the staff here is really unhelpful . I had asked for a staff member who was doing click and collect about a product and she didn't even bother to answer me. It was more like competition who Is take is products faster.
Check out was funny. I needed assistance because of some security tags on my whiskey bottles. The lady in there was looking at me like I wouldn't afford the shopping cart 😂😂😂.
