Staff answered my questions and then later came to the self check out when I needed help.

Fairly standard small grocery store: in need of an upgrade, busy with customers, staff at the tills, receiving deliveries and stocking shelves. Nothing worth mentioning really..

Service awful due to lack of staff. Girl on till serving and looking after customers on self service till. Not one member of staff came to her aid.Manger very rude I have heard him on several occasions repremanding staff in front ont of customers, often seen smoking outside store . Maybe that is why they are short staffed!! Not the store I knew when I 1st moved into area 10 years ago. I now travel to Tesco to avoid this store.

Went to sainsbury in earls court Road on the 22nd of December 2020 around 17:25 hours
Was waiting in the queue on the right side of where they have placed the yellow crosses
Someone else was waiting on the wrong side of the queue .
When we both went to the cashier I told him where the queue was supposed to be as I wasn't part of the building standing there for no reason
He was understanding and moved to the right place
Still I asked the cashier the blond lady with long hair where the queue was supposed to be
?she was very rude with her reply ! Saying you can use the self check out or you can leave
Like she was disgusted to have our money spent in there if that's what they are looking for in their costumers then I'm not going back for sure
Can easily go to the big tesco

Great local but has a habit of employing neutral employees so that interacting with them is not fun. It would be great to go to my local Sainsbury's and think that the people working there actually know me! But other than that, well stocked and lots of choice at an affordable price (regardless of what the inflation crunch (2022) is implying)!

It's a standard Sainsburys local.
The staff aren't as friendly as they are in my local Belgravia branch, but it has a good selection of food stuffs.
I wouldn't do a weekly shop here, but for the odd forgotten thing, it's perfect.

Thank you Rahman for your care to customers. I attend on 06.10 in morning , nobody at till when I called for help nobody came even doe ( Garliden goes by the name Jerry with staff ) ignored me and then when I came up and asked again she gave attitude. If you don’t want to work don’t do it . Terrible customer service. A colleague from stocking shelves came and attended and assisted other customers. Well done Rahman :)
