Tried online food shop for the first time as been unwell. Was really happy with the service, online website was really easy to use and there was good availability for delivery slots. The lady that delivered to me today was lovely and really polite and friendly. I was surprised at how well everything was bagged up as well, in a nice order and not too much in each bag so nothing arrived squashed. I was also worried about fresh items being short dated but they were not. I will definitely use again.
5 stars to all staff! They are friendly, helpful and make weekly shopping a happy experience! Special thanks to Phil Smith for always showing me new lines/offers and on finishing work today has just helped carry my shopping home! He's one of the best, thank you so much!

A lovely little store, but mainly wanted to shout about the Gino d'Campo range, we had a lovely lasagne and tiramisu, and I have to say I dont really like ready meals, but they were so flavour some, cant wait to try more of the range

I've ordered online Dec 18th for 24th Dec, one hour before they will deliver our groceries one of their staff phoned us and told us that they will cancel the order since it is traffic in Dover. They went us to go there and collect the item, if they cannot come here because of grid lock then how can we go back home. They have Iceland in Deal but they cannot divert the order there so we can collect it easily, now we don't have food for Christmas. Thank you Iceland for ruining our Christmas, shame on your management. I will never use them again.

Never had a problem with anything from this store the staff are absolutely great, they are willing to help if it's needed and they are really polite too. It's a real shame that the store is going to be closing as it's set in the heart of the community for the elderly and disabled with bus stop outside that goes to nearly all areas of Dover which is absolutely great, great store and absolute great location. This Iceland store will definitely be missed by loads of people.

High Street store staff have always been great. Sad to hear it's closing, not good for some the new St. James's due to the different locations. Are the staff that want to stay being offered jobs at the St. James's store?

Lovely place to shop. Staff are very friendy & polite. Nothing is too much trouble. Gutted its being closed down.
