I really wish they get rid of the 24 he sign went last week I couldn't get in as they closed at 10 pm due to no staff . there was plenty In side . Close 1 of stores and staff up properly may be . I now shop at Morrisons . Great customer service

If you want self service, then this store is for you.
I you don’t and prefer to stand in nice long queues at a manned checkout then this store can also help.
Will probably not be back in a hurry.
Every little helps except staff.

As with every other Tesco store it has plenty of choice and always has offers available. It's downside is the security as during weekdays at lunchtime the store fills up with schoolkids and students from Runshaw College. During the height of the pandemic, I was shocked to discover that the store was allowing groups of students in without face coverings which I raised with the manager, he told me that there was nothing they could do about it therefore I now avoid going to the store during peak times and only shop there either very early in the morning or late at night.

Very busy. Car parking hell. Loads of parking spots but people shopping there are manic. Always the same
Only go as a last resort. Staff and stock excellent though.

Went to purchase a dress only to find no changing rooms since they have moved clothing around, told I can return but really who wants to purchase any clothing just to have to travel back to refund or exchange if it does not fit ridiculous for a store of this size..

Had to visit this store to get what I couldn't at the nearby Morrisons. Very busy but majority of tills open so got served quickly.

Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere.. Lots of good quality and good value items

This is a dreadful store for check outs, too many self ones and usually only one that's manned. Definitely don't appreciate and care about their customers. Won't be shopping here again
