We was caught in stand still traffic on the m1 southbound and a lady named mandy who worked there came outside and directed me and my freind a back road route. She saved us 2 hours atleast. 👍👌

Just walked out. Three staff were loading the shelves. One was belittling another about being Turkish and that she couldn’t under him, whilst putting on an accident… basically being Racist in a very public domain…unbelievable
My wife persuaded me not to intervene.

Packaged items don’t have barcodes, drinks advertised under meal deal, when you get to check out counter, they say it isn’t.

I have shopped in Toddington N on several occasions.It is usually for bread milk ect but last Friday 30 Sep I done a larger shop.As I walked round the shop a young man approached me and asked if I was ok.I said I wasn’t sur what I wanted as a friend had phoned me to say she was coming to visit me that night and I didn’t want to be in the kitchen all night.He suggested a salad that’s quick he said and laughed.He then said if you want to impress how about garlic bread to go with it.He helped me the pack the bag for quickness as he went to total my bill he said have you got your wine.As the wine was right by the tills I ran for a bottle.It was a great shopping experience the young man in question is a credit to M&S . I believe the man’s name was Aziz.He certainly deserves a well done

Sandra the shop assistant I spoke to on 30 Nov was amazing. For her alone I give this branch 5 stars as she went above and beyond. It's good to still be reminded how lovely humans can be and she did just that. Thank you

Staffed by zombies who can't or don't engage with the customers. Now full of self service tills with staff hiding out! .

Note to Directors of M and S a friendly staff member greeting and helping customers would more than repay you in increased customer loyalty and profits.

Avoid.

The M & S store staff at the Northbound M1 Toddington Services are absent minded.

They charged me double and because of a leaky yoghurt he took my juice also.

The Eastern European woman Nathalie who was meant to be the duty manager could not even speak English properly.

And could not help me at all.

She wanted me to phone tomorrow.
