I waited for 5 minutes to be served at the checkout today but nobody came to serve. When I complained a member of staff told me to take my custom elsewhere. Disgraceful service, the person who made this comment should be sacked.

Small shop,well stocked and pleasent helpful staff.

Small but well stocked Sainsbury on Preston High Street.
Open from 7am to 11pm everyday.
Considering how early Preston city centre shuts down, this place can at times double up as a life saver, hunger satiater, thirst quencher!

Staff are friendly, but limited range of products. Sometimes it takes a while to get served at the tills if they need to approve a sale (ID etc).

Always convenient to shop here..😊

The staff are friendly, welcoming and all have such great personalities. Even though it's no longer my local, the staff remember me when I visit.

It's probably not the cheapest shopping location, but it's super convenient and the staff are great! Plus those ever changing weekly deals are great, I find myself stocking up on various items every few weeks when they drop regularly to half price.

The place is small. But if you know where to look, you will be surprised with what you can find here.

The store itself is okay, it would be nice if they sorted out their deliveries whilst the store is closed. Customers shouldn't be turned away at the front door during opening hours because there is a delivery. Do this during the night or something.
