Horrified that every table that was vacant has piles of dirty crockery stacked up on them. The staff were completely uninterested and it wasn't until someone asked them to clear the table the staff begrudgingly did. I had to clear my own table.

I had a bra fitting with Rashmi and I’m so pleased with the appointment. Her knowledge of all the bra styles was impressive and she totally understood what I needed. So happy with my new and perfect bra shape. Thank you for making me feel at ease too!

Very disappointed. We went to Westfield Stratford and got some of the olive bread (kalamata...) We found seeds from the olive in the bread. We threw some seeds in the beginning and we didn't take photos of all the seeds... I feel bad leaving this comment here...it used to be our favorite bread, not anymore... It is not just the bread... The staff is different, even the food quality is not the same...

A large and spacious story occupies three floors at the entrance with escalators, lifts and everything you need. Highly recommended

The M&S food is fantastic. Great ready to eat options. And very much value for koney.

When at the cash tills I was served by a cashier named Joy. She did not greet or talk to me at all. I forgot my glasses and I showed 2 vouchers and asked if any were valid. She was very rude and snapped and said to do it yourself. I was very shocked at this behaviour as I am a regular in the store and the cashiers are usually very nice and helpful. What’s worse is she changed attitude immediately with the next customer and she was nice and helpful. I believe she treated me differently due to my race! Appalling behaviour and I hope this is sorted out.

A huge amazing store with stock depth breadth and variety. Very well stocked. Staff very helpful even when under pressure.

Huge choice and of course expectations of value and quality is expected of M&S.

The store is well located, super easy to find and access from Stratford tube station.

M&S's fresh collection now is mind blowing, just loved it. 85p for such fresh beetroot!! couldn't stop me buying one. Whole Fresh are really true fresh. Always loved this store but the new layout of food area is a lot better. Also focusing on fresh is what we all need. Amazed by sweet and chocolate collection. Stuffs are really friendly and nice, found true sence of very good customer service. They smiled at eye contact, even under the mask, made me feel warm and nice!! I hope you enjoy the visit too 😊
