Never enough staff on tills and shop very congested - The staff bring out big cages during busy times which make things worse and often I hear the staff speaking in Arabic to each other yet they do not utter a single smile or word in English to customers. No diversity as all the staff are and have been Asian Muslim. Staff always look scruffy and smell of BO.

Store seems to be ok between 8am - 10pm before or after these times is when the problems occur. This store has a dirty and messy feel to it and I do agree that the staff speak very little English and have poor customer service skills. Many of my friends and family completely avoid this branch at lunch time due to the worst congestion you'll ever experience in any Tesco and you'll be waiting at least 15 minutes to get served. You never see a manager around and the tills are never EVER fully staffed at peak times, still no automatic tills & again this branch is now ready for a full refurbishment and a a new team to move things forward. Also massive concerns seeing reduced sandwiches, meats, and salad items left on cages for many hours in the open when they should be kept in the fridges huge risk of food poisening. The only time you hear the staff are talking is when they are speaking to each other in Arabic.

Staff are incredibly rude and disinterested, store is dirty and the shelves are always empty. Staff have been called out many times for over charging customers. You have a security guard playing reggae music as you walk in its so unprofessional all the staff talk to eachother in Arabic and won't even smile at a customer and the staff are always scruffy and unwashed The store is crazy over priced. I would not give this store 1p of my money. Avoid.

Opening time is 0600 and they are still close one person just came in now and said don’t have staff. Who is managing this store there are 6 peoples standing outside the store to getting in. No any notice on door either

Very rude and abrupt staff. Uninterested in helping customers. Miserable staff.

Store was well stocked but aisles can be a bit cramped when staff are filling up stock and almost blocking the whole aisle.

I only wanted a cold drink and bought what I wanted and left. Wouldn’t return to this Tesco again.

Cages left outside the store making the high street area look messy and untidy.

More expensive than normal tescos.

They don’t say that as you walk in.

Horrible experience! I will strongly advise the person who put up the voice and treated me in the rudest manner to wash the mouth before speaking - as a manager it’s very necessary to be respectful - you are a shame for the company and you don’t have nothing to do with customer service!!! I was shocked when I requested to speak with your manager and you answered me so proud that you are !!! Your attitude was silly …. make a shower, do some hospitality/customer services courses and wake up to reality!!!This Monaco attitude doesn’t suit you !!!

Security guard was extremely rude to me- told me to re scan all my items at another checkout and accused me of not scanning items SOME OF WHICH I HAD MISTAKENLY SCANNED TWICE ACTUALLY. I asked him to come check my items against the screen to see for himself but he kept shouting muffled noise from under his mask and wandering off and coming back just to be rude. Many people in the store witnessed this and very clearly saw him being rude unnecessarily to me. If I wasn’t in such a hurry to be somewhere I would’ve hung around to complain there. I asked him multiple times to check my screen and what his problem was- he treated me like I had just stolen stuff which I hadn’t. Absolutely disgusted to say the least. I asked his name and he said it was Ned. I will be making a full complaint as believe people like “Ned” shouldn’t have a job in a customer facing role if they are that aggressive and rude to customers asking for help.
