Misleading pricing everywhere!
Offers on the shelf and outside that don't come through when put through the till, prices that vary wildly (always more) than advertised, and staff who clearly believe that water is too expensive to bother wasting on a shower.
Don't bother, just go next door...it's actually cheaper too

Nice little store to pick up little things you may need. Nice selection of foods, beer and wine.

They charge prices on items not on shelves!!!
Prices on shelves are cheaper than on items to make it seem like you're getting a good price, but then at the til they charge price on item anyway

Refused to take a fedex return because it was “too large”. Pretty small box, very unhelpful

I try buy watermelon, price everywhere 1£ when at the checkout 2£ the seller disrespectfully laughs in the face, I do not recommend this store and I will definitely not make any more purchases there

Worst place to shop! Purchased a Box of food items and it was filled with half eaten yogurt cartons and All expired yogurts over A week older than the expiry dates. I have phoned and left several messages and no one from Nisa has returned my calls.
Very disappointed with them selling me box of over week old expired food products.
