Had the worse Latte I have ever tasted. The girl making it looked fed up and when she put the cup on the saucer didn't bother to put it straight resulting in the cup tipping over. No apology from her. Miserable attitude from her. The coffee was NOT a Latte. I will be giving this cafe a wide berth from now on

A large store with foodhall. Covers most things clothes and housewares too. Good quality has returned here and well worth a visit. Styles getting there but still struggling to tick all my boxes on clothing. Food is great and go here often.

Nice store. The clothing range is a lot better now for a younger generation.

I visited this stores cafe today, we had a chicken fillet sandwich roll and fries each. The fries were lovely but the sandwich, which I believe was £6.50, ( just for the roll) which is fairly expensive, but I thought hey this is not just a chicken fillet roll sandwich! this is an M and S chicken fillet roll sandwich! thought it was going to be top notch😁, unfortunately it wasn't, it was a tiny roll, and it was so dry! We asked the young lad waiting tables for mayonnaise and salt, he brought over ONE salt and ONE mayo sachet😂, Hardly enough for one, let alone the two of us.

We asked where skirts are and the assistant said they didn't have any! Last year it was the same with wool jumpers.... Only 2 choices of non- mule slippers... It was suggested we order on line - my Mum is 91- she wants to try things on before buying.....

Great service today from Hazel at 4.28 in the food department. She was polite and professional dealing with my query. Thank you Hazel 😊

Smaller than the bigger city stores but pretty good selection if clothes. Good food hall.
