Good store with lots of produce, currently undergoing some renovations inside so some products have been moved to different places meaning that you've got to look around for them, and some aisles are thinner to accommodate this which caused a few problems with people pushing trolleys meeting in narrow gaps. I did hear a few complaints, but mostly it was as good as experience as usual.

I try to avoid this store as much as I can, however, the other half seems to like it.
It's the staff that let's the store down. I have given up any verbal contact with them as they just don't know how to speak to the customers in a polite way.
I won't purchase tobacco products here as the grumps that are placed on this till are rude, unless they're serving someone they know, then they're all chatty; often holding the queue up.

When you go 27/10 approximately 12.30 There is only one person in front of you at the Cigarette kiosk . To get told to go somewhere else to be served ( only had 3 George items of clothing . You then proceed to self checkout where the nice lady cannot process your gift voucher that you have to knock the money off . You then proceed to other checkouts where there are hardly any tills open for the amount of shoppers that were literally queuing down the isles .
Eventually half an hour after buying the George items managed to get served .

Love the profuse Blue Badge spaces. Love finding products unavailable elsewhere. Hate the café !
Used to be great, good selection of cooked meals. Now it's poor quality soup, butties, and toasties. Today I had near cold soup and over toasted toasted teacake. The coffee is strong and tasty.

Bought a Polaroid sound bar for £30 about 10 days ago. Now faulty but I couldn't find the receipt. Took it back in today. Was told that there was nothing they could do as they didn't know where I had bought it without a receipt. I pointed out that it was their own brand so I couldn't have bought it elsewhere and that it was faulty and they hadn't been selling it for that long so was obviously under warranty. She still insisted there was nothing she could do without a receipt. I was dissapointed because I thought the evidence that it was their responsibility was on my side. However, I said that as I couldn't use it she may as well keep it to save me disposing of it. I then and pushed the item a few inches toward her. With that she pushed it right back over the counter toward me??? So I just left it where it lay, said I would never darken Asda's door again and walked away. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with, anywhere.

Absolutely disgraceful. After calling at the cafe in fleetwood store at about 2.15pm. I wanted battered cod and chips to be told they had none. Ok I will have steak and ale pie again to be told they don’t sell that anymore (despite being on the menu) ok I will have chicken tikka masala unbelievable, they hadn’t got that. I finally settled for brunch. Yippee they had that. Wished they hadn’t. It was terrible. Barely warm and the chips were hard. Said to the waitress the chips are not cooked. Oh ok she said !!!!! I left 90% and walked out. Terrible attitude and even worse food.

Went into store tonight for some food and ended up asking for PRIME to see if it was in stock. I had a little brothers birthday coming up and he keeps asking for it.

I went up to a worker and asked if he has any available and he went out of his busy way to go and check in the back to see if there was any available. He came out with 2 bottles and said if you want a third you can have one as you can buy 3. His name was James and I believe he is a night staff member. What a great guy.

delivery was met at the door and as always i have a few baskets from last delivery in side. took them out and was told i could no longer keep them till next delivery. the driver told me that he had to have the full ones back as well. I don t always have time to remove the items . Not very helpfull as i am working and the food has to be taken upstairs.
