Shopping was fine until checkout when an on-offer was full price at the till. The very pleasant cashier called for assistance, when, although I had photographed the shelf price under the product, needed to look for herself. She then tried to argue that the label was for a different product but FINALLY conceded it was correct. I was then told I would have to pay full price and go and sort it out with customer services! I refused! In the end, a different product of similar value was swiped for them to go through (the cashier was really nice and supported my position). A happy shopper had become a pretty annoyed one!

Morning breakfast at this cafe was blooming fantastic. The young man who served me was very polite the staff where very friendly with a greeting and a smile. Well done this store. 10x better than my local Rhyl store that leaves a lot to be desired.

Good store, got what I needed. Couple of issues recently with the self serve tills, hope they sort this as annoing when the staff keep directing you to use them to keep queues down then your stood there for 5 mins waiting for assistance at busy times. Otherwise fine.

Large store, with bakery, butchers, fish mongers, cafe, toilets. Garden center outside in the summer. A very large carpark and a patrol station. Staff are friendly. Amazon pickup locker in entrance

Good parking, wide variety of food. Great bakery. Poor toilet facilities been out of order for days. Canteen not up to scratch. Dirty spoons , no proper labelling for tea choices although automated ordering gives choice. Hard to find staff , they seem miserable in thier work.

Very understaffed, if need anything from the fish, deli or cooked hot hot food counter be prepared for a long wait, they had 1 person expected to do it all, after waiting for 10 mins gave up. We shop at Morrisons every week and the staffing levels are getting much worse. Guessing some counters will have to close in winter as they get staff of with flue, colds and COVID as they have no cover.

Why no Chicken Kidneys. For making chicken liver Pate. ?? Some things are Very expensive. ..
