Bought 2 vape pens, one of them was already opened and used, brought it back. The owner gave me another one that was sealed, but wasn't working. Brought it back and he started arguing very rudely that it wasn't his responsibility etc. I go there nearly daily so it was very disappointing to get treated like that.

I went in there to collect a parcel and will never go there again. Very aggressive and impatient man that works there. I felt like crying when I left the store and that I was a total inconvenience for asking for my package. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Staff were really rude and patronising when dropping off a UPS parcel. I won't be using again.

I had been using this store to send parcels via Collect+, the young man always acts very rude and inconvenienced when I say I have a parcel. I also went on a Sunday and the older man refused to take my parcel and told me to come back the next day, I told him I was unable to and saw no reason he could not accept my parcel even if it were to be collected on Monday but he then became very rude about it. It’s also no secret they get commission for being a Collect+ store so I will be making an effort to avoid using this store.

VG Food Stores now known as Londis - DO NOT use this store for Collect Plus, I’ve been refused twice by this store. The younger store worker is incredibly rude and I don’t know why they have Collect Plus if they won’t let customers use it. Dreadful experience both times

Great little shop, full of useful ingredients, household items, stationery etc, with a spectacularly comprehensive spirits collection. The staff are helpful and cheerful.

Do not use as Collect+, very rude member of staff looked very unhappy that I was using this service. . I left almost in tears.

I normally drop off several parcels for UPS each week and always never a problem until last week a different person who called himself MAX when asked blatantly refused to accept my parcel for UPS as it was a Friday and they had already collected and to come back Monday. I explained that this was unusual and never normally a problem to which he just said no and then ignored me when asked why. Literally just pretended i wasn't there. Very rude and quite odd behavior. Thanks for your help MAX.
