Morrisons

Very busy, but around lunch time! Meal deal very good. Easy to find what I needed considering I don't shop here very often. Good layout, wide Isles, clean and tidy.

Came in for food and there were 2 busy ladies doing their best to keep up. Another ummm lady came to help but seemed to be more of a hobby cow when we asked for a knife and fork to eat our nice food. My partner was left in shock by the rudeness and attitude of her. I think the dark haired employee needs a few training courses.

Deli, fish counter doesn't open until 9, as I shop at 8 as some others do on their way to work, this means i have to go else were for these products always opened at 7.30, therefore I and others I know now do are main shop at an other supermarket. What is frustrating is that the counter staff are there when the shop opens!!

Just awful.
The floors are full of holes , dirty shelves dirty trolleys. Staff are just rude . A group of staff just standing In front of the fridges we had to squeeze in between them to reach the milk then o e of them barged into me without even saying sorry . It need to be ripped down and started again. New shop and plasent staff .

I regularly order same day deliveries through Deliveroo. Deliveroo are not at fault but the staff at this Morrisons seem incapable of going through a simple list and packing all the items. I have had items missing from orders, that have been paid for, so often that Deliveroo are now refusing refunds. I guess they can't believe that anyone can be so consistently incompetent.

Please train your staff to go through a list and put the items on the list into a bag. If the item isn't available, don't charge me for it.

Has all the essentials and some more. Fuel is also cheap here. The shop could do with some more people on the tills as it can some time to check out if doing a large shop. It is also clean and tidy. I regularly do my top up shop here.

The Staff are generally very helpful. The store is well laid out and we'll stocked
It has a large car park with spaces for disabled people and also mother & toddler. Overall a good store to visit

The supermarket is huge with a wide range of products and good quality, however the restaurant inside it is not so pleasant, the service was horrible and very unorganised, it is self service but still it would take ages for the cashier to enter the products on the system and charge…The food it was not so bad but still I could see how long it was setting there for more than 10 minutes to be taken to the table while the staff would be around looking like they were busy… Very cheap so you get what you’ve payed for…
