Sally and I are welcome here. It was busy but there were too few checkouts open. However the staff were friendly and helpful and Sally was very popular there. It's also very close to a bus terminal, unlike Tesco's now they're closing the number 2 route...

I missed the scan and go other supermarkets have. I went to buy a fancy dress outfit for our grand daughter for Christmas. I didn't think they had it but eventually found it hidden behind the boys outfits. The girls outfits should have been on a separate fixture. Also the check out was very slow because the checkout girl was talking to another staff member. Even when the queue grew at the checkout she was not paying attention to her job. If she had focused on her job the queue would have moved more quickly and it didn't sound as though they were discussing work. Prices are8ncreasing everywhere and sainsburys was no exception.

Products got smaller and 40-80% percent more expensive in 1 year. Bread is not sliced anymore, if someone is working at the bakery you'll have to beg to slice it. At the vegetables area there is a sour smell, like something is starting to rot.

I have been shopping at Sainsbury's for a year now and had the first ever incredibly uncomfortable and intimidating experience by two of the security staff. An elderly woman dropped her bag and these two stood by staring at the poor lady not really be interested in helping when I came by and helped her collect her shopping off the floor. At the end of my shopping I kindly told these two males to next time if possible, please help the elderly when the one of them arrogantly asked me ‘What??? What do you want? What is your problem???!’, in a highly unprofessional, rude and intimidating manor. Sainsbury with its premium service and long heritage— I don’t think this is the sort of treatment a young woman and loyal shopper should experience. Just a kindly note. I am now scared to go to Sainsburys, will rather go somewhere else.

Alright range of food, prices and variety on their own brand stuff isn't too bad but it stinks in there, the veg aisle smells like something has crawled somewhere and died, not sure how the staff can't smell it and why no one does anything about it but it has smelled rancid for months. It's just a bit off-putting and is the reason I won't buy any fruit and veg from there

Busy as to be expected but didn't appreciate the blonde girl who served me at the till. How she has the nerve to tell me its Christmas and I should cheer up. I just worked 14 hours night shift and I also live alone . So please stop pushing your giddy happiness on those who, for various reasons can't celebrate as you do

First and last time today, 2nd January 2023, bank holiday. I should not have to spend my time to understand your car park instructions. When to pay, how to, perhaps downloading apps. You are located in Kettering town centre not in Miami beach. Get the grip. I drove though the car park, stopped and left. And you will never see me again.
