Whilst shopping here on Sunday we noticed multiple “trolley’s” of frozen food in open boxes around the store just left there - no staff in sight - so various types of frozen food left to defrost on the shop floor!…also we picked up some lemon sponge puddings which were on the shelf (ambient product) which went out of date on 04 01 2023 and we visited on 15 01 2023?!?! Stock rotation and date checks apparently no longer required!…the young gentleman on the checkout was yawning non stop and did not speak at all - or raise his hand when yawning!…overall unimpressed

The best store with the largest selection of frozen food, also sell fresh fruit and vegetables fresh meat, cakes, biscuits, cereals and bread.

Only recently started going to Iceland inside Angel Place. I've been surprised with the different types of products available along with their frozen foods including cleaning products, fruit & vegetables, cereals and cereal bars and biscuits etc. Also the staff in Iceland are polite and friendly which always makes for a better shopping experience. It's a shame this can't be said for some of the other shops I've been to over the last year or more.
