Sainsbury's

Today, again, there were no trolleys, I went inside and asked where I could get one to be told, we have nobody to collect them! Found one, filled the trolley up to go to the till, one girl on tills who said can you go to self check out (had a sign on till out of order sorry for inconvenience! ) the girl who was getting off the till said, go to self check out, I said nope, I want to use a till, I proceeded to just leave my trolley when miraculously, the till was not out of order! The girl stayed to check my goods, another woman with a very full trolley said to girl on my checkout, oh good, its not broken, girl on checkout... can you go to selfcheck out, lady with full trolley, il go elsewhere..went to walk away, miraculously the check out till was not out of order again! Girl on till said, we are under staffed, I politely said, you are understaffed so you are unable to man your tills yet you have colleagues free to help on self checkout! We are NOT free check out staff Sainsburys, you need to have people manning tills, this is insult to injury, we already pay you for bags to advertise for you! Now you want us to do your till work! Will not be using your store again, thank you but no thank you, I will be going to M and S where they provide excellent customer service!!

Very disappointed with your delivery service today. Received a phone call from driver who didn’t know this area. Told him how to find us , bearing in mind he was only around the corner. He never showed up with our order. I phoned the number on your website only to be told the driver said we were not home. I stayed in all day hoping our order would turn up and was told I have to a
Wait until tomorrow now. I had salad items which we were going to have for tea. So all in all I’m not happy with your service .

Came to Sainsburys on Thursday for some shopping & went to pay but only found two busy tills and lots of self serve scans so went to pay there and I was shocked to see that Sainsburys are now data collecting via cameras on these tills, so they have my personal details via credit card and can now link this to my face via these cameras. I addressed my concerns to a member of staff only to be fobbed off with a rather curt "Well they have them in Tescos now" Which is incorrect as they do not in my local Tesco.
As l don't want to be treated with suspicion while l shop and yet further intrusion into my personal life l will no longer shop in this store and urge others with similar concerns to do likewise.

A decent selection of items considering this is one of the smaller Sainbury's store. There are barely any staffed checkouts, and it's rare to see more than one staff member at the tills at a time. Outside of that, not too bad

Clearly things are being changed in store here as things are a bit messy with regards to where things are and not all shelves are stocked - there was a lot absent in the freezer section! Always clean etc instore and staff are usually polite and helpful

Always a great range here, but what makes this store stand out is the friendliest of the staff. Fantastic people.

Now price matching some of the cheapest supermarkets too.

This is a great Sainsbury's in the heart of Taunton, it doesnt have all the products you would expect, however does have a good selection.

Staff are also very pleasant

Not busy could walk round better as I am blind it's makes it easier for me .used self service quickly with my friend and out b4 we knew it .
