Generally pleased with shopping experience here. Good range of products including some items not available elsewhere. Nice that you can get a free coffee when you shop here if you have a Waitrose loyalty card ( need to have your own cup however). Staff seem pleasant mostly. Good parking facility and petrol station next to store. Also nearby KFC.

Great size store with plenty of aisles, decent vegan options available too (in fresh/frozen sections). Staff can look quite bored at times but happy to help if needed. Saw a few customers not wearing masks and close to others which is not good (even whole families). From what I understood this branch will close and become a Tesco from December.

If you're going shopping make sure you go on a monday, it seems the weekend items are delivered on friday , and there all weekend without any other deliveries being made, untill the following monday, I've gone in Tuesday after bank holiday and shelves are quite empty especially items that are everyday items, fruit and veg has 2 days code , bread isle is in short supply and as for cakes , dont even bother , waitrose need to sort your staff out, waited 10 mins at the fish counter before being served, and why are you still setting it up at 09.30 when the shop opens at 8am ??? If there was another waitrose in the area I sure as hell wouldnt be shopping at this one much longer, going down hill fast .. get it sorted..and average I spend is £90 pw ..

Not bad, but I have certainly been too far better Waitrose supermarkets. This one leaves a lot to be desired. The management need a good kick up the arse. Shelves look disgraceful, price labels missing, the veg section was over filled so piles of peppers and piles of lettuce. I have complained many times to staff about meat products not having prices on shelves but still the same years later. They just don't care.

As a regular customiser at Waitrose I’m always impressed by the shopping experience I receive. However, over the past few weeks I have to say a huge thank you to Chris, lovely Val, Tina and indeed every single one of the staff who have gone above and beyond to help not just me but everyone in store. It’s a difficult time for all of us and I think people should just take a minute to acknowledge the hard work put in to keep us all fed and safe. The store is very well organised and the staff always very pleasant, even when dealing with lets say “difficult” customers. Keep up the hard work everyone and thank you all again

Love this shop!!! Quiet, relaxed shopping experience.. amazing food! Great ideas for thr indecisive shopper! Store is clean and well organised although the staff could look a little happier.. friendly enough but tend to look deflated, makes me wonder what goes on behind the scenes? Smile guys! Then it would be 100%

Absolutely love shopping in this supermarket. The atmosphere in here is so relaxed and welcoming. The staff are friendly. The isles are wide and very easy to navigate around. The quality of the food on offer is excellent. It is always a joy to shop in here. Great shopping experience.
