Its roomy and spacious but I have only given this 4 stars due to the food not having a very long shelf life. I take my elderly mum shopping and she needs a longer shelf life to see them through the week after their weekly shop. The Hovis Farm House Bread had to be eaten by tomorrow whereas most of the other supermarkets have a good few days shelf life on them. My parents can hardly eat all the perishable food in a couple of days! Almost forgot to key in my registration number and scan the receipt. Would be good if the cashiers reminded you to do this or if they had a sign at the check out so you don't forget. I didn't even know you had to do this the first time I went shopping there, so hopefully I wont get a fine in the post!! Its brilliant being that end of town and will be so convenient for many people. They did not stock the Cravendale Milk that my mum has and no Kelloggs either! Plenty of spaces in the car park, but I guess that depends what time of day you go. Staff very pleasant and polite and nothing seemed too much trouble when we struggled with the car parking receipt scanner! Great idea though when you get used to it! Good to see a Supermarket this end of town.

Where do i start, no where near enough staff. Not enough tills open, and self service tills are always out of order. Poor staff are run ragged. Aldi is a different class, if they get a queue they quickly open up more tills. And better selection and quality food

I don't mind Aldi at all, as their prices are competetive and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately quite a few things are getting stolen from the store on daily basis. Some romanian has pulled groceries out of my basket while I was paying. Didn't even noticed it, until I was back at home and things were missing...

I don't rate this store above 1 , it's the newest store in town and the dirtiest ,on top of that quite a few of the male staff have attitude ,borderline prejudice against non English speakers .
As far as the staff over all ,they seem happy enough it's the customers that spoil their day . It seems they would really love their job if the customers went else where.
Last but not least , the self service checkout is a disaster

Good food and product choice, self service checkout to slow and ofter 2 to 3 units not working so time increases waiting, especially at this time of year would be great to have all check outs in operation, went the other day to shop took one look at few checkouts open and the queue, gave it a miss

today I went shopping and it didn't go well to scan the product and an employee behaved badly with me and my sister as if we had stolen something... they checked our purchases and everything was fine, we asked to make a claim to what happened but they didn't give us permission, the person from the security department... a lady said that she is in charge of security and we have nowhere to make a claim except to her... a horrible experience with pathetic employees...can someone to tell me where can i make complaint about them?thnk you

I’ve decided to stop going to the Boston store because the checkout process is such a pain. The store itself is nice enough, but they’re obsessed with shoving everyone into a cramped and busy self-checkout lane. There are people with trollies trying to pack up their weekly shop with only tiny shelves to organise themselves and with invariably long queues. Yesterday I had to wait FIVE minutes for a member of staff to sort out an issue because he was arguing with another customer. I was already peed off by that point, but then two of the touch screens didn’t work when I tried to scan my carpark receipt. They might think they’re being clever by saving money on staff, but they’ve lost a customer because I’ve decided to change to Aldi five minutes away.
