Ive never had a problem as such here. Well sometimes when the kiosk is quiet they need to wind neck in and just serve the customers not saying sorry too many items......

Pizza are freshly made to your order or prepared ones. Hot chicken counter, fresh bread n cakes. Great clothing, electrically, toy and household range. Also home to Printing, opticians, McDonalds and collect & returns.

Tills never managed enough, but plenty hanging about the self checkout or directing you to use it. One particular member of staff was beyond rude, and to this day have had no response from anyone. She asked me "who I thought I was talking to" when I simply told her most of the trolleys are broken or un usable. She gibbed off then stormed off displaying her "happy to help" t-shirt....clearly she wasn't happy at all.

What on earth has happened here?
Went this morning for a few bits. No trolleys at the entrance. Not even one. No shopping baskets at the security guard area inside. Not even one. Decided to fetch a basket from the checkout area. There were hundreds of people in the queues to pay. Found a basket. Deduced that all trolleys and baskets were in use.
On my way to the freezers I noticed that there are many, many, many checkouts out of use and they have been blocked off by seasonal stock.
Come on asda, get some staff. If not for your customers get them to help your current staff.

Far to many empty shelves, most of the basics unavailable 😕 customer service generally appalling, far to many just wandering around doing nothing other than either trying to avoid the customers or just having a chat with there friends and colleagues because being "Happy to Help" is clearly no longer part of the Customer Service remitt.....

Beware the falsely advertised prices on the shelves. 3 weeks in a row I've been charged more for at least one item, and up to 3, than advertised, by up to as much as 30%. I don't buy very much these days here, weekly shop has reduced by about £100, so 1/2 overpriced items could be a lot more for a big shopper. The excuse now is that 'Thursday is price increase day' but that excuse doesn't hold water when the same item is falsely advertised 2 or 3 weeks in a row. And the staff are obviously aware, but clearly do nothing to follow up. Management here needs a swift shake up.
And before I get the stock response from ASDA HQ, I'm afraid this is just one example of the usual standard I have come to expect from ASDA.

no problem with the shop, well stocked , customer service good but I think they have misprinted their hours: 6am to 12 am? they only opening 6 hours all week, or do they mean 6am to midnight?

In this day and age Asda are well ahead of the competition, the staff at this particular branch are more than helpful when asking for advice or assistance. Overall a very good Supermarket.

Large supermarket with generally low prices. Recently (2022) it seems that prices are up and some items not on the shelves - but this is probably a nationwide problem. Ah, Brexit.
