What an awful shop! Really disappointed as I thought morrisions was meant to be good! The selection of food is bad, especially the vegetarian range. Very expensive in comparison to tesco. Then there was no carrier bags at all in the shop. I'll be sticking with asda and tesco im afraid.

Went at 8.30 am the delicatessant was closed,informed by the assistant that they didnt open till 9am ,store opens 7am if delli cant open till 9am store should not open till 9am STORE MANAGER GET YOUR FINGER OUT OF YOUR BACK SIDE AND DO SOME WORK OBVUOUSLY YOUR BRAINS IN YOUR BACK SIDE OPEN THE DELLI EARLY,People need food

Good place to shop tho pity not a bigger store for size of the town. Tho on the plus side the staff are all very friendly

Called in for a cuppa and a snack. Sandwich choice was cheese or prawns. Decided on toast, no marmalade despite it being a supermarket and brown bread was seeded, no plain wholemeal. No soya milk so some had to be fetched from shop floor, tea now cold and stewed. Floor was littered with napkins and debris, tables uncleared, not a very good experience at all. Definitely could do better

Got scammed '5p off per lt petrol', Yeh right, if you want to travel 20 mile to nearest morrison's that will honor voucher, despite the one in Selby having a "morrison" sign they are in on scam!!!!!

Was in selby on Saturday. Called into Morrison cafe for lunch. Very dissatisfied. The burger I ordered was was very hard been over cooked. Or sat on the hot plate for an hour . The place was a mess .floor literd with rubbish. Tables not wiped down. We had to wipe our own table down .got our money back for the burger. But wont be calling again in a hurry for lunch.

Called in this morning 8.50 to purchase some pies from the deli section for lunch but this doesn't open until 9 so waited around till 9 went back to deli section was told she couldn't open as nothing is ready and could l return in a hour ? their was who l took to be a member of management there who said nothing all you hear is staff complaining of shortage of staff disgusting why isn't open at 7 with the rest of the supermarket?.Thank goodness for Greg's.

Trying to phone store to check whether they stock an item. The "customer service" menu directs you to FAQs or live chat - which seems to have been disabled. And they wonder why people shop online ....
