Sainsbury's

Beautiful Massive store located near Wandsworth Bridge (3min walk). This is the 1st time I visited this store. My first impression was Wow what an amazing place. There’s Argos, Specsavers, Dentist and a cafe based in this Sainsburys. Free parking( 2 or 3 hrs max). I’ve spoken to few Colleague and they are friendly and helpful. Lovely place to shop and visit. Easy access to the store. Availability top class. Brilliant store standards and I love it.

Excellent clean well stocked and very big. I was lucky to be served at a tillpoint where the lovely Cashier called “Comfort”, a woman from Ghana, was charming, polite and helpful. What a lovely surprise on a slow Saturday afternoon.

I have just had the worst Sainsbury grocery delivery from this Sainsbury branch. The food was being delivered. I asked the driver where the rest of my food was as a lot was missing. They said nothing was missing and left.

There were at least 16 missing items. The first person I spoke to in customer service said I could come and collect the items from the store... the store is a 45min drive from me and 2 hour walk. So I refused. They then told me that they could deliver the missing items by 11pm today. They then said actually they had already refunded me and that other than give me £15 credit there was nothing else they could do. I explained that they had literally sent me half my grocery order with key items missing. They had sent me things like burger buns and not delivered the actual burgers.

This store were meant to refund me for the 16 missing items. They sent me an email refunding for 3 items. I had to call customer service again. They say they made a mistake and that all 16 items will be refunded in a week or so.

I spoke to someone on the escalations team / care line and they arranged another order of the missing items from a different branch for tomorrow. This is a separate order.

I will not be using Sainsbury for grocery deliver ever again. Around an hour plus of phone calls and unneeded headaches.

Always well stocked. Have pretty much "everything you need on short notice" from daily supplies to suitcases erc. Love the self-check out.

Nice big Sainsbury’s close to Wandsworth Bridge, huge underground parking garage in good condition. All the products and facilities you expect…

Massive Sainsbury’s, great selection of Habitat stuff as well as food. Clothes on a different floor - small men’s section and much larger sale in the women’s. Had run out of hash browns in the hot section by the time we were there!😢

It's a big store, the staff are friendly and also very helpful, you can buy almost anything, plus there is a specs error and a argos in the store,

Recently built supermarket replacing an older store with ample underground parking on two levels and access to the supermarket via a travelator. Besides groceries there is a section selling household goods and also an Argos. It is just off the Wandsworth Bridge Road and easily accessible by car.
